Cheong Ho-Jeong, President of the Korean Association for Public Interpretation and Translation (professor at the Interpretation and Translation Module, Ingenium College of Convergence Studies, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies) signed a contract in August 2022 to supply professional translators with the participating companies of the AI Learning Data Corpus Building Project organized by the Korea Information Society Agency (NIA) of the Ministry of Science and ICT. Through this, excellent professional translators of our association participated in the construction of voice recording data in English and Japanese, leading to the construction of high-quality data that will help raise the level of machine translation.​
